We aim to fulfill all orders within 24-48 hours once placed. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Please allow additional processing time during promotional events and holidays. Ground delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days.
During busy sale or promotional periods and other special events, there may be a delay in dispatching your order due to an increase in order volumes.
Once the Item has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email within hours advising of a tracking number and page to follow the progress of your delivery.

There will be a $65 shipping fee on all international orders, including US territories. Delivery time will vary depending on the country and method of shipment. Dos Gardenias is not responsible for shipping duties. International orders are not eligible for free shipping.
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes and duties. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page. Dos Gardenias is not responsible for shipping duties on international packages.
Returns & Replacements
We offer free returns on all U.S. orders of unworn and undamaged full-priced items within 30 days of the order date - unless otherwise marked.
Final Sale items cannot be returned for refunds or exchanges.

Orders placed via digital gift cards will be refunded back to the original gift card.
All store credit will be refunded in the form of a digital store credit via email used at the time of purchase.
All sale items discounted below 40% off are final sale or eligible for store credit refunds only.
All sale items can be exchanged once per order.

If you have a larger cup size and/or larger hips, we recommend sizing up.

For all Dos Gardenias swimwear:
Rinse with cool water after wearing. Hand wash ONLY in gentle detergent.
Do NOT wring out suit to dry. Gently roll your suit in a clean, dry towel, pressing gently to remove excess water. Lay flat to dry away from any heat source or direct sunlight.
The use of a heat source or sunlight to dry your suit can result in premature color fading. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
