DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders over $230. This does not include US territories. All orders below $230 will be charged a $10 flat rate fee. Delivery occurs in 3 to 6 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Please allow additional processing time during promotional events. Ground delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders include DDP (deliver duties paid) and are calculated at checkout. Delivery time will vary depending on the country and method of shipment. Dos Gardenias is not responsible for packages held at customs due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout. International orders are not eligible for free shipping.

TAXES & DUTIES

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes and duties. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page at checkout. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

You will be contacted by email with a tracking number when your order leaves our facility. 

Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled from multiple locations. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days.
