Dos Gardenias has always been about evolution and empowerment.
From the very beginning of the company’s founding, in 2016, to our re-birth in 2023 DG has been committed to growing our brand, our reach and our community.
Beginning as a group of friends, led by founding member Dorothy Day, Dos Gardenias brings together women to create swimwear that reflects the sensual beauties of island and ocean minded life, and in doing so, empowers the women both making and wearing our suits.

From the beginning, philanthropy has been an important part of our brand mission and over the years we have supported environmental causes, human rights initiatives, and women and girls community and empowerment organizations. We are committed to continuing our philanthropic work aiming to empower the women we love and the community we suit up.
We proudly design and produce our swimwear in Los Angeles, using 100% regenerated nylon fiber and eco conscious trims, tags and packing materials.
